「The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the experience even more special. Couple of things, the shower tub did take a while to drain the water, and it was hard to adjust the temperature to lukewarm. There was also a false fire alarm drill that had my family and I worried but other than that, The stay was fantastic! The lady at the reception was phenomenal and everybody was friendly!!」

"Definitely great hotel. However, I had an issue on checking-in. We arrived late night around 4am due to the flight delay and mishandling of buggage by airline. I had sent a message that I arrive late night. Receptionist first refused us to stay saying it passed 24 o clock. Though finally we could stay, it took around an hour. "
