「Rien ne vas hormis le personnel」

「I booked this room specifically for the A.C in the room. It worked fine the first night but broke the second and I had to open the window. It’s near a major road ao it was very noisy. Other than that, it’s very clean, and the staff is very friendly.」

「Excellent séjour. Merci pour tout.」

「The food is absolutely delicious!」

「Sejour agreable.

「Room was quite small but very well equiped, everything worked and there was a bottle of chilled water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. Pool looked nice (didn't use it but several people did), not much in the way of a garden, small but well stocked bar. Restauarant was superb, really enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was very good, plenty of selection and good coffee from the machine. Hotel was very easy to find.」

「Personnel extrêmement gentil . Chambre spacieuse.

「Beautiful setting, despite being in the middle of town.」

「If you are only spending the night, it should be enough, but the hotel needs a lot of maintaining and has very little amenities. Would not stay there again.」

「Personnel très accueillant Petit déjeuner très copieux」

「We booked last minute since we arrived to Carcassonne earlier than expected. The hostess graciously accepted our booking and made us feel exceedingly welcome. The property is gorgeous, high end, very comfortable, and clean. We felt like welcomed family. The bed and pillows were great. The air conditioning was perfect. The bathroom was well equipped with amenities. I wish we could have stayed longer! The included breakfast was lovingly prepared and ready at the time we chose. It was so much more...

「There are B&Bs you stay in that feel very corporate and then there are places like this one. It is family owned and operated, and the owners make you feel like family while you are there. They and their two daughters were happy to show you the property they renovated during Covid and worked so hard to turn into a beautiful little part of France. The location is convenient to Carcassonne and there are dining options there. This is located in the country so you'll need to travel into the city...
