I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel in top condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the ample parking available at the hotel. I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, and the parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. This made coming and going from the hotel a breeze, and I appreciated not having to worry about finding a parking spot. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient place to stay. The cleanliness and parking situation really set this hotel apart from others in the area.

Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation.

Lit pas confortable moquette complétement défraichit il faut se lever du lit pour rapprocher la télé commande de la TV pour qu'elle fonctionne petit déjeuné à 12€ ????? il n'y avait rien, plus de jus de fruit, plus de viennoiserie, le salé on le cherche encore, pas de fruits vraiment décevant dommage parceque les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées

Pas pris option Petit déjeuner. Arrivée tardive. Salle de bain très limité niveau propreté ( photos à la demande). Un bon coup de nettoyage, des joints propres et blanc feraient du bien ... Moquette au sol idem. Chambre très calme. Personnel très sympathique. Plusieurs séjours dans cet établissement et je vois le déclin de cet établissement.

Bien que l’accueil soit excellent, la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur des photos : crépis qui s’effrite, bois des meubles vieux et cassé par endroit, moquette douteuse et déchirée. Et surtout malgré l’aération, une odeur de cuisine écœurante.
