「チェックインの日にスペアキーを使って勝手に部屋に入ってきた男性がいました．ノックもなく入ってきて，遭遇しました．誰もいなかったら盗難にあっていたかもしれません．とても恐ろしいことです．」

「This hotel was rated highly and priced as though it was a high end property - it is not. It is an ancient chateau remodeled into a 1970s motel with amateur carpentry. Upon arrival the manager attempted to upsell us on-site breakfast and booking a dinner reservation through her website instead of showing us to our room. Our room was surprising, as it was not attractive or comfortable. There was a giant space heater to be plugged in because the proprietor turns off the heat at night - in December!...

「The room was large and clean and well-appointed. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager was very kind and accommodating. Food was good. Front desk clerk who checked us in argued that breakfast was not included for our price, and I had to pull up the Expedia receipt details - AND she insisted on calling the manager before she honored it. 「シテ・ナルボンヌ門から至近でアクセスは最高。16時のチェックインとあったが、15時に到着した際にすぐにチェックインが出来ありがたかった。また、レストランの事前予約をメールで対応していただけたのもありがたかった。部屋、駐車場（レンタカー利用だったため）、朝食も申し分ありませんでした。価格に見合う施設とサービスであったと評価します。」
