Nearby, you are only minutes away from restaurants, shops, the resort spa, and tennis courts. Within minutes, world-class golfing at the Mountain and Dunes course PGA West Courses awaits all golf lovers. During the many festivals and tournaments, the Villa is a short walk to the buses that take guests to and from the courses.

When you aren't busy crafting new memories out and about, splash in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or practice your swing on the tennis court. A gas grill and outdoor seating are available on the private balcony.

Inside, you'll immediately feel at home under the open layout's vaulted ceilings. Cozy up on the living room's leather sofa while warming up in front of the gas fireplace. When you aren't indulging in a local bite, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's updated appliances and ample meal prep space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
