Nestled right in front of the walled city, it’s the perfect location for access to great restaurants, tourists sites and even the port to take you to several islands. The staff are all very helpful and nice and the building is extremely safe with security personnel and cameras all around. It is a little noisy considering how central it is but it’s not bad. I would recommend this as a great place to stay for your next trip to Cartagena. 」
