「The property is perfectly situated in the historic centre of Quito. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A nice breakfast is included. Thoroughly recommended.」

「Nice hotel. Very good place to visit "La Ronda". Attention was kind and efficient. Toilet was a bit narrow but clean and sufficient to only two nights stay.」

「The room was clean, so I had no issues there. However, it was disappointing that the breakfast was of a lower standard compared to other hotels I have stayed at.」

「My husband and I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mama. We were pampered since we stepped in until we left. We definitely will stay again if we visit Quito again in the future.」

「 The location is very good. It’s in front of the plaza Santo Domingo. A family devotion to the business makes you feel very comfortable. They have everything except a trash box in your room.」

「We arrived midnight to the hotel, even so, friendly night manager and the sensible bell boy were on duty and welcomed us warmly. 」

「Don't have elevator. Too much stairs. Not recommend for handicap」

「The hotel was great for what we needed for a night and the price was very affordable. Staff were very nice and happily switched us to an inside facing room to avoid the traffic noise below. It’s an older style hotel located just two blocks from the main area so super easy to walk to all of the activities.」

Gracias」
