The only finishing on the wall was a mirror that should have had a light bar around it. The light didn’t work. There were towels missing from one bathroom. All of this points to a rushed listing with no quality check. The unit was at the corner of two extremely busy and loud streets which made getting sleep difficult. Parking was an additional fee...

Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."
