"Amazing service from the staff, very clean rooms and the facilities were also great with multiple jacuzzis, a nice main pool with a bar. The Lava restaurant was also a great dining spot. "
"Wonderful spot to explore the cloud forest around Arenal volcano. Great trails for nature lovers with lots of birds and monkeys.
Great breakfast buffet. However, the dinner options were a little disappointing and pricey."

"The grounds and hotel were stunningly beautiful with direct view of Arenal! Very relaxing environment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious with local fruits and juices as well as many both sweet and savory options. Room was deluxe and bed super comfortable."

"Fantastic views from our room of the volcano. We were staying in the top side of the hotel which was a bit of a walk down to restaurants and pool, there was a road being worked on which meant we couldn’t go the most direct route. Pool facilities were excellent a lot of family and children around the bar which had an excellent cocktail selection, and food at both breakfast and in the restaurants was great. Thermal pools were enjoyable and relaxing and the walk up to the view point is worth the trip. "
"A magical hotel at the foot of the Arenal volcano, nestled within the rainforest. The hotel is well-kept, with beautiful wooden cabins, a hot pool and a stunning regular pool. Breakfast is dreamy, with a breathtaking view of the volcano. All the attractions are just a short drive away, and the service is excellent. It is highly recommended to book a massage at the spa, as it was one of the best we have ever experienced"

"Amazing hotel, eco friendly with beautiful views and wonderfully thermal waters. Staff is 100 percent efficient , friendly, helpful, they go above and beyond to make you feel happy. Jaqueline is amazing constantly working on your stay to be the best of all. Jonathan, Joel , Francisco , Michael , Wilbert , cleaning ladies , drivers , every single person was amazing and she brill recommend 100 percent staying there.
