"Hotel was nice overall but location was terrible. Located on a very busy roadway. Traffic was very loud. Had to pick up ear plugs to be able to sleep. On a brighter note, staff was excellent."

The amenities are on another level, whether it’s the spa, dining, or just the overall atmosphere of the property. Service is consistent, professional, and actually helpful (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given at places like this). Everything runs the way it should, and it shows. If this is an option, it’s the only option. I’ll stay here every time without hesitation."

Location was perfect walking distance to Copley square, Boston commons, public gardens, Boston tea party, freedom trail, Quincy market etc. Staff were helpful; room comfortable, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again. Also literally 1 min to the Citizens Opera House and the Brattle Bookshop. Loved this hotel. Will be staying there again"
