"受付のメールを見てなかったので施設まで行って受付が別の所だったので時間ロスして歩き疲れました。ダウンライトが明るすぎて足元用のランプがあったのですが、電球が切れてました。あと、グラスが無かったので置いて欲しかった。ジャグジー風呂は最高でした。ベッドサイドに小テーブルがあれば携帯やメガネなど置けたのにと思いました。"

"チェックインも時間より早めでしたが、スタッフの方のスムーズな対応でお宿に荷物を置いて京都観光することができ、大変助かりました。 お部屋もキレイに掃除がいき届いており快適でした。 コロナの影響もあり、夕飯は外食を避け、買ってきた食材にてお宿で食べることにしましたが お宿の周りにコンビニやスーパーがなく追加で買い物をするには不便です。 しかしながら調理器具や食器類も整っているため食材のみで楽しく夜のひとときを過ごせました。 総合的におすすめのお宿です。"

"The location was so central to exploring Kyoto and literally across the street from Nijo Castle. The rooms were amazing. The karaoke room was a hit with both the adults and the kids. There was a shower and toilet on each floor, which I found shocking as I’ve stayed in various homes in Japan. The bath on the 1st floor was like a pool for the kids. We had to force the kids to leave the house as they would have preferred to skip sightseeing to stay in the house. We had 2 families together in the...
