"Overall really nice place. My experience was unfortunately poor with the service as Typhoon Shanshan had hit during my stay. I understand that because of that service would be minimal but some communication from the team over the expedia app would have helped give me a heads up that there would be essentially 0 service. Especially since it’s on a mountain it would be good to have some communication in case where we were staying was in danger of landslides or other typhoon related issues....

"This was the first time my best friend Lina and I had stayed at a ryokan, and although it was a perfect trip overall, the only difficult part was walking up the hill to the ryokan with our luggage. "가격대비 전체적으로 매우 우수함. 방은 특별히 고급스러운 느낌은 아니지만 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있고, 그보다 식사가 매우 훌륭 함. 저녁 식사를 꼭 같이 하기를 추천 함. 술을 포함한 뷔페도 잘 되어있어 술을 마시지 않는 게 아쉬웠음. 맥주 아이스크림 커피 등의 서비스도 매우 좋았음. 사람이 거의 없던 키즈 플레이룸도 좋았고 직원들이 매우 친절."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for transportation and within easy reach of the main attractions. Our room was clean, compact, and had everything we needed. The onsen was a highlight: spacious, relaxing, and with a lovely open-air pool. Breakfast offered plenty of variety and was very tasty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"
