「とても安い価格なのに、KLセントラル駅から徒歩圏内で、とても広くてゆっくり過ごすことができました。おそらくアップグレードしてもらい、ベッドルームが２つあり、それぞれにセパレートされたトイレとシャワールームと洗面台がありました。水圧も温度も問題なく、お互いに気を使わずに使えたので良かったです。 ただ掃除が行き届いてなくて、シャワー室に髪が落ちていたり、小さな虫が出たりしました。 スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで、優しく助けてもらったりした。 また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 」

「Provide better instructions on retrieving keys and contact person. Leave instructions in unit on how to use water heater/ AC. We figured out at the end of the stay how to get hot water in the shower. Ensure equipment are functional and not broken. Faucet in the master bedroom was broken. 」

「The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too.」
