The staff replied promptly and was very polite The location was very good The flat has 2 en-suite which was great The room was clean but there were cockroaches (probably coming from the outside) Air-con smelled of smoking probably due to the last guest was smoking in the flat..."

"I booked a studio (internal room and bathroom) initially which was too small for all my luggage and I needed the external view, so upgraded to a Studio apartment. The apartment was very clean, light and well equipped. Everything I needed for an 8 night solo stay. Spectacular view over the city and well placed for travel. The service was efficient and friendly and very responsive when I requested an upgrade. My only grumble would be about the lifts. They are limited for the amount of floors and...
