"The Pavilion is an excellent hotel. We had a corner room, with large windows making up the 2 external walls - it was a little noisy, but the views more than made up for this. We booked a 'club' room, in order to have use of the 'club lounge' - this worked very well for us and we made use of it every morning (for a peaceful breakfast) and evening (for drinks and a light meal). We have used many 'club lounges' over the years, and this was one of the better ones. The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful and attentive and all of the public areas are well maintained. Overall, the Pavilion is a very good hotel, and its location, sitting on top of a shopping mall, is surprisingly convenient."

"Really nice clean room. Great location really close to the shopping centre. Only negative is that they don't let you book breakfast when booking through Expedia and a little misleading when you check in. Otherwise great hotel and facilities. "
