All the staff are wonderful including the conigrees (who arranged taxis, tours, luggage collection and delivery to the rooms), the door staff, receptionists, cleaners, waitress and waiters. "Wonderful lobby area that is breathtaking to behold. The rooms are very large ... however this is an old property and this is noticeable in the rooms that could do with a makeover. However the lobby area is exceptional. And makes up for everything. Great service as well. Hospitality gets top marks!"
