「Yup, the title says it all. This new apartment of Simon is perhaps one of the best I had stayed in. The property has a private lift features, so right after i came out of the lift the unit is infront of my eyes. Without the hassle or need to open another lock or to find a unit. The house is very classy and secure, furnished with modern and classy design in mind. Location wise is perfect as well. Just right below the unit there KL gateway shopping mall with a lot of eateries, banks, bakeries and...

「Great little apartment, building has a roof top pool with amazing views, a gym and laundry facilities. Lifts take a while as there are only 4 but overall great stay especially the price. 」

「I rarely write reviews but I really need to warn others. I am willing to edit this rating if there are concrete improvement plans. Unfortunately it was a very frustrating ordeal to get the key. The manager sent me the contact info of who to alert before I arrived. However, once I arrived, she was not present. I called the manager and he said "someone will be there soon." After waiting some time, a Grab driver delivered us with the key. But he had no instructions of how to enter the building....

「The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too.」

「Stayed for 2 nights, facilities of the hotel was good, it is a walking distance to KLCC and has a bridge that is connected to pavillion mall. Basically hotel is located to the big branded shops. But overall the hotel provides a good service and hotel room is moderately spacious and well maintained, staffs are friendly and approachable. Will come back to stay here again !」
