「Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us」
「Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de Porto. Bij aankomst werd onze auto door het personeel geparkeerd want de parking is nogal lastig te vinden. Personeel is super vriendelijk. De locatie is geweldig, en de sushi in het restaurant was heel erg goed. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, modern en netjes. Kortom, een echte aanrader.
Enige nadeel aan Tivat is de infrastructuur. Er staan vaak files.」

「Absolutely fabulous stay! All of the staff are so kind, helpful and genuinely amazing! Food was plentiful and delicious. We loved the area and the cottage feel. It is stunningly beautiful. We could not have had a better time. Definitely recommend this special place.」
「We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. A lot of things have clearly been updated with new tile and shower and such. However there were little things that were missing that made it pretty annoying.
For instance. There was no towel rack or hooks anywhere. And no toilet paper holder. It’s like they updated but forgot those things.
There was no table or desk which was no fun.
There was also absolutely no water pressure! It was ridiculous.
However! The staff was so very nice. We couldn’t make it to...

The only quibble is the price of the transit to the airport, which was a bit high. But the room was also very well-appointed, too. 」
