Well located with very nice staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both clean and spacious even though my second one was a single bedroom. The hotel is next to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It’s nested by the hill so it’s quiet.

There was no hot water in the shower during our 3 days stay. We were told on the first day there was a problem, however, it wasn’t taken care of. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious.

The hotel is very nice, the sea view room was very large with a big balcony, parking is extra although that is normal nowadays, if you get to breakfast early you will have a better selection. Where the hotel needs action is the attention to detail, staff numbers need to be increased at breakfast there was one lady working very hard trying to host, clear plates, restock food items etc...which she couldn't do all the tasks on her own. Please put a button to raise the car park barrier on the front desk so the receptionist doesnt have to spot you and run out, or you have to go back inside to look for someone. They have a lovely hotel with hard working staff but it is let down by inadequate numbers and it would seem lack of training which is down to management. When we visited about 6pm both the swimming pools were very cold, also the hot tub and jets around the pool not working.

Aspettative in linea con profilo, totalmente disattese. Struttura decadente, servizio non all’altezza, disponibilità per mia “uscita” anticipata negate. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque pernottamento.

Detta hotell levde inte upp till våra förväntningar och kan inte kallas 4-stjärnigt. Jag tycker inte att hotellet är värt pengarna som vi betalade. Jag skulle inte åka hit igen. -Vårt hotellrum saknade tofflor och vi kunde inte använda safe boxen, inget hände trots att vi sa till -Frukosten var dålig. Disk plockades inte undan på borden så alla bord man satte sig vid i frukostmatsalen var fyllda med disk. Dukarna var smutsiga och borden smuliga. Det saknades bestick, glas, kaffekoppar nästan hela tiden på frukostbuffén. Knappt något personal i frukosten? -Duvor i frukostmatsalen -Väggarna i hotellrummet var smutsiga. Städningen var helt okej men inte toppen. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam städpersonal dock :) -Wi-Fi fungerar knappt från hotellrummet -Bilderna som finns på hotels.com ger inte en rättvisande bild av hur hotellet ser ut. Det är mycket sunkigare i verkligheten

The stay here, considering it is a 4 star hotel was really disappointing. Their answer to the most reasonable requests was basically indifference . Some examples: - The air conditioning did not work and the temperature reading on the thermostat was 26 degrees. They said they could not help, as their technical department was off duty. They would send someone at 6am. We had to sleep with the windows open, and the resulting security risk - We left our room at 7am for a half day excursion. We put the ‘please tidy my room’ label out. When we came back at 2pm, the room still had not been serviced. When they did service the room later in the day, debris (including used coffee cups) was left behind on the desk. - we were in town primarily for a wedding. Our outfits were freshly dry cleaned and we simply needed an iron to work out the travel creases. The reception told us that they would not provide an iron, and that we should use the laundry service. Not only does this seem an attempt to increase guest charges, but also they could not take the clothes to laundry at that time. It had to be the following day- the day of the wedding. This was never going to work, so we had to make other arrangements - There was a safe in the room, but it didn’t work. The re-set button was non functional. There were many other smaller issues. But there are too many to list . I believe there are many other quality hotels in that area of Petrovac and Monte Cas js not one I would recommend

The room I was given was interior, but quiet. The room temperature and bed confort were good. The towels were of very basic quality.

Serene and Pampering Setting

Amazing resort with indoor and outdoor pools and all spa amenities down to robe and slippers. Upgraded to big suite. Bountiful, diverse, and delicious breakfast buffet. WiFi a little sporadic though on day of stay.

Studio huone kolmannessa kerroksessa erinomainen. Aamupala runsas ja ihan hyvä. Illallista ei kokeiltu. Uima-allas vähän pieni, mutta ihan hyvä kuitenkin. Saunasta plussaa. Sijainti erinomainen.

Comfortable stay

The hotel is very comfortable, we were upgraded and the room we were given had spectacular views. Lovely clean smelling linen, great bathrooms. For us the only critism of room would be the very firm mattress but this of course is a matter of personal taste. The indoor pool is lovely but shame the two hot tubs were cold and didn’t seem to bubble. Outdoor pool nice but a bit cold. We only had breakfast which was good choice but my husband didn’t like the coffee machine which he couldn’t master a nice coffee. The town is lovely and hotel close to harbour and beach. Well worth a stay.

An excellent stay

We had a beautiful time. Had a spa day which was excellent. The ambassador restaurant was to die for. Breakfast could be a little better but saying that we were pleased.

Nice hotel, cool spa

Just insist on entering the internal parking lot on your arrival. The guard was little unattenntive for us. Unfortunately must pay extra for umbrellas and beds on the beach. Hotel should pre arrange this for its guests. Breakfast is terrific btw.

Super hôtel

Hôtel parfait, très bien placé dans la magnifique baie de Petrovac avec une vue imprenable sur la mer (attention de bien prendre la vue mer en supplément). Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. La musique est cependant un tout petit trop forte dans les couloirs des chambres d'hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucun doute.

Be weary of the morning staff

Never came acros such unprofessional staff particularly the lady in the morning when we were checking out. She was outright hostile and even threatened to charge $50 for the key card that we lost but fortunately found. pictures are a classic oversell and the now is anything but nice. Stay there if you are stranded in the wilderness of Montenegro otherwise save your money

Tumbs up!!

The hotel located in a great location close to the beach and the main promenade in Petrovac. The staff are friendly and it has private parking. It has a new feel, the hotel and rooms are spotless clean and has great facilities - pool (indoor & outdoor), spa centre, baths etc. It owns or is associated with an excellent seafront restaurant - the ambassador. Overall they have a nice breakfast buffet, the food was pretty good, however we found some of the pastries a bit stale. We enjoyed our relaxing stay at the hotel and indeed in Petrovac.

Très bon hôtel à petrovac.

L'hôtel est vraiment bien, les équipements sont très corrects mais la ville de petrovac a souffert de la promotion immobilière et tout charme s'est envolé.

Mecbur değilseniz bir kez daha düşünün

Ingilizce bilmeyen ve hiç bir yardımı olmayan otel görevlisinin bahşiş için devamlı olarak bizimle gezinmesi ilk izlenim olarak hoş bir giriş olmadı. Son sabah havaalanına yetişeceğimiz için 07:00 yerine 06:30'da kahvaltıya indiğimizde ve bu durumumuzu izah etmemize rağmen hiç bir yardım yaklaşımı görmeyip bir de konaklamamızın kahvaltılı olup olmadığının sorgulanması da ilk izlenimin her zamanki gibi doğru olduğunu bize gösterdi. Güleryüzlü olmayan personeli ile servis kalitesi yüksek değil. Bomboş otoparka günde 10Euro almaları da cabası.
