Located in the heights between Kotor and Tivat, called Kavac, Villa Lara is a luxury sanctuary with stunning views of the sea, offering exquisite privacy and ample space for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Spread over three floor, Villa Lara offers comfortable accommodation for 12 persons. On the ground floor you can find spacious living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Privet gym fairly equipped is also located on the ground floor. Wine bar is also right there for the great ending of the day with few drinks.
First floor comes with spacious lobby and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. On the second floor you can find 2 bedrooms. The penthouse suite is located on the top floor. All the bedrooms come with private balcony.
Private parking is suitable for 6-8 vehicles.
Kavac is conveniently located halfway between Kotor and Tivat and enjoys all day long sun. Kavac offers wonderful landscapes, natural environment and panoramic view of Adriatic sea and Tivat Bay. Kotor Old Town is only 10 minutes away from Kavac by car, as well as Tivat airport. Taxi service is available around Kavac, but for the more comfortable stay we recommend having a car rental. There are no direct bus lines from other cities and towns to Kavac, but once you are arrive to Kotor there is a local city bus running every hour.
