「We were lucky to be one of the first guests at this hotel and it was the first bit of luxury we experienced in Thailand. It's a bit off the beaten track but completely walkable and we only took a taxi once to Sairee Beach, otherwise walked it (30 mins to Sairee Beach and 15 mins to the pier). The rooms are amazing and the pool is lovely. Couple of things to improve it are: daily housekeeping (we had to pick up waters and change the bins ourselves), more toiletries in the bathroom (there was...

「We stayed 3 nights at Ban's, easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants and massage. Rental bike is also available. Our room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast with beautiful see view, and menu change slightly everyday. The only is that there is no shower curtain to prevent splash water. Overall it is very good. 」

「朝食にシャンパン(無料）がついていることを、部屋にあるホテル案内BOOKでしり、最終日の朝食にシャンパンを付けました。もっと前から知っていればよかったなあ、とは思いましたがホテル側としてはあまり知られてほしくないのでしょうか？朝食はとてもおいしい。スタッフはまあまあ。若いせいか笑顔がない。フロントのタイ人スタッフ(男性、女性とも）対応よし。スパの受付スタッフは教育不足。外国人スタッフは微妙。階段は大変だが、全体的にもう一度戻ってきたいと思える場所。」
