「朝食にシャンパン(無料）がついていることを、部屋にあるホテル案内BOOKでしり、最終日の朝食にシャンパンを付けました。もっと前から知っていればよかったなあ、とは思いましたがホテル側としてはあまり知られてほしくないのでしょうか？朝食はとてもおいしい。スタッフはまあまあ。若いせいか笑顔がない。フロントのタイ人スタッフ(男性、女性とも）対応よし。スパの受付スタッフは教育不足。外国人スタッフは微妙。階段は大変だが、全体的にもう一度戻ってきたいと思える場所。」

Saubere und geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon. Freundliches Personal, alle sprechen Englisch. Nette Bar direkt am.Strand zum.Chillen. Vielen Danknund bis bald! 」

「停電があったり、Wifiが使えなかったり、離島なので設備はこんなものかな。部屋まで上り坂でちょっときついが、比較的静かなホテル。スタッフの方はみんな素晴らしかった。感謝です。」

「宿泊される方は以下の点を留意したほうが良いと思います。 高級オーシャンリゾートというよりは森でのキャンプやグランピング施設といった方がイメージに近い。高級リゾート的な要素を求めていくとがっかりすると思います。 ・予約サイトに出ている写真の通り施設は森の中にあるが、写真のイメージと違うのは施設はかなり老朽化している。 ・虫が苦手な方には特にお勧めできません。 ・バルコニー、ソファ、バスルーム、プールなどは古い。特にバスルームは清潔感があるとは言えない。 ・部屋も暗く、高級施設の基準に無い。 ・PC作業など軽い仕事などをこなすにも不便な部屋の設計。 ・歯ブラシが無いなどアメニティも貧弱。 ・朝食など食事はあまり期待しない方が良い。 ポジティブに言うと、 ・港やコンビニ、ショッピングや外部レストランへのアクセスは良い ・自然の中での暮らしは体感できる。 ・良くも悪くも多くの虫など生き物に出会えると思う。 ・ホテルのスタッフの印象は悪くはない。 高級ホテルを普段利用されている方はご宿泊の際はその点をご留意して宿泊してください。」

「Great quiet spot north of all the busyness, but walkable 10mins along the beach. Good to escape the burnt backpackers and chill. Sea good for a dip/snorkel. Rooms are large. Happy hour cocktails on beachfront. Sairee beach was not really for me after the chilled vibe of the south but worth it for the amazing sunsets.」

「The resort had power shut off daily from 10am till 3pm. The safety box did not work. Area to store clothes very limited. The resort is approx 30 yrs old and appears to have nothing done since built. The walkways to cabins are very primitive with very few handrails and some areas the walkways were near high drop offs. The walkways were very scarcely illuminated and wiring was spliced and tapped together and laying across walkways along with water pipes creating trip hazards. I would not recommend...

「It was amazing place for all divers, locating just in front of the beach where the boat departs. I am a free diver, and Diw, the instructor, took care of me very well. Hot shower was not working in my room, and neither was the house phone. But it was not very important part for me that I could bare. Definitely I would come back again.」

「I like the atmosphere of the hotel and this is my second time using it. It was a standard room, and I was disappointed that there was no hot water in the shower several times during my 5-day stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful. However, the front desk is not 24 hours. 「This stay was a dream. All the villas have private pools and kitchens. The bed was superb and the villa fantastic. You have a great degree of privacy and cannot see into the other villas. The owner Guy was very nice, great communication and arranged ferry tickets, snorkeling tour, and motor scooter all payable at the end of the stay. Highly recommend this place! 」
