The deluxe hilltop room view was amazing, and far enough from beach noise to sleep peacefully. The staff was very helpful, The restaurant food was wonderful and some of the best available. The dive shop and diving staff made staying at Bans the best trip to Koh Tao ever.

We stayed in two different rooms - the Jungle House, which was lovely and private but too hot, and another room on the main property that was very cool and conveniently located.

Das Personal war okay. Beim Check in war’s wie in einem call Center. Das Gefühl von massenabfertigung. Frühstück war super . Personal beim Frühstück naja. Abends sind wir immer auswärts essen gegangen(Blue chair war top) Es gab 4 Pools. Sonnnenüntergänge waren super. Die kleinen Golf Cafdy waren auch top wo man sich ins Zimmer fahren lassen konnte.

The hotel is centrally located and the breakfast had great variety. My daughter enjoyed their diving experiences I messaged the hotel on 3 separate occasions with our arrival time on Koh Tao and our location but there was never a response and no transfer on arrival, so we walked to the hotel with our luggage. We stayed in a deluxe garden room and there were big gaps around the doors which let in mosquitoes and the noise at night. The resort is very loud at night. There were lots of broken tiles at the top swimming pool making it dangerous and easy to cut your feet in the water.

This hotel has everything you could need. There are multiple pools, the rooms are generously sized, and the breakfast has many options including freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes (though can be extremely busy at times). You can cut across the front road and straight on to the beach. The staff are also extremely helpful. When we realised we would not have enough time to make our flight back from Koh Samui with the ferry option we had chosen, Siri at Reception called Bangkok Airways for us to see if we could alter flights. The only thing we didn't like was our room was close to the beach and there was loud music until late every night that came into our room so suggest booking a room higher up the hill if you are a light sleeper. Also there are mosquitos.

Perfekte Lage, alles in der Nähe. Super Restaurants. Schöner Strand. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Nachts kann es laut sein, aber nicht sehr lange. Es halt immer irgendwo was los. Große Zimmer mit bequemen Bett.

Fin & trevlig frukostbuffé, väldigt bakigt område med reception närmst havet. Sådär standard, lite smuts i hörnen. Många av poolerna var fulla av dykare, hade varit skönt med någon pool utan dykarlektioner. Men väldigt trevligt läge, taxi service & STORT område.
