Great location, right down the street from Sairee. Literally two steps from the beach, and the restaurant has an amazing view of the water. Great sunset spot. The pool was warm, clean, and the swim up bar was super convienent. They have two different depth pools, one is deeper for diving (they do scuba courses) and one is the normal pool, both are huge. it was nice to have a deeper option when most places have quite shallow pools. They also have bathrooms right by the pool which was nice, and they were always spotless. The rooms were clean and spatious, huge bathroom, the AC was great and there’s a tv in the room. The breakfast is included, and they offer a full buffet. They have all the western and english options, but they also have a huge arrangement of Thai breakfast foods. We just kept saying it felt like we were at an all inclusive resort, the staff made it great as well. So friendly, so helpful, showed us to our room and even gave us a tour. 100/10 recommend.

really nice hotel right on the beach and only a few minute walk to the pier. The only negative for our stay is that the wifi doesn’t work and the signal isn’t great either. The staff in the ndiigo restaurant were amazing, so attentive and polite. Overall great hotel and amazing customer service.

The hotel is right on the beach and in a great location to take advantage of many aspects of Koh Tao. The facilities like the restaurant and pool are great. The staff were all very friendly and obliging. A special shout out to the young man who looked after the pool bar during our stay; he was an absolute delight.

Great location, close to the port, so walking there doesn’t require taxis. Bedrooms were massive with huge beds. Bathroom however was tired and in need of upgrade. Pool area decent although the pool was dirty and cloudy. Restaurant severed a great selection breakfast and the view from the terrance of the beach and sunset was 10/10. Overall average. Nicer hotels on he island for less money in our opinion.

Stayed in a beachfront property, sharing a private pool with my brother in law and kids, biggest room I’ve ever stayed, very spacious, , done a intro dive with my wife and sister / husband, instructors absolutely fantastic! a special man , happy Sunday took me and the whole family out around the island, one of the most enjoyable days I had in Thailand, swimming with turtles , abundance of fish. his service was exceptional, went out of his way to ensure our great experience , never forget you Sunday

The room was great. Very clean and spacious. There's not much of a beach but the view was pretty. The pool is nice and for lunch time there was one particular friendly, flamboyant young man tending the pool bar. The dinner in the restaurant was mediocre. Very expensive for what it was. Trying to be chic but didn't know what they were doing. However, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was fantastic. The lady who runs breakfast and lunch there really knows what she is doing.

Good option

This is a reasonably nice hotel in a good beach side location with a nice swimming pool and has a sufficient number of sun loungers. We had a very comfortable superior room which was huge, and it had the biggest bed we’ve ever seen! It sounds like some guests have had trouble with the air conditioning but ours worked perfectly, The breakfast location looking over the beach was beautiful, the breakfast itself was just ok, nothing to rave about. Some other reviews have said the staff were not that friendly but we thought that they were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.😀 We would agree with other reviews that the hotel is looking very dated/tired and could benefit from some renovations. The price paid verses the hotel condition is a little expensive. It is a very easy to walk to the ferry pier, cafes, restaurants, and Sairee Beach We really enjoyed Pranee’s Kitchen restaurant which is a 2 min walk from the hotel. It has excellent food at very good prices, we saw many other hotel guest there too. 😀 The hotel had someone waiting at the pier to provide a free shuttle to the hotel, this doesn't appaer to be mentioned anywhere when booking. We would recommend staying here.😀

Don’t spend extra for the upgraded room.

I booked an upgraded room compared to my friends for an extra $40/night because I wanted a bathtub and the pool view. For both nights I had no hot water so was unable to use the tub or take a warm shower, and the “pool View” was just getting to look at palm tree leaves. Not happy overall with the experience. Breakfast however was great.

Pool was good Cover on bed would be better if not one big one should be 3. Air con was good. Shower wand didn't work properly. Bathroom door was hard to open. ? Glass door for the toilet is a bit strange. Otherwise the place is great. Big rooms. Friendly staff
