「We stayed 3 nights at Ban's, easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants and massage. Rental bike is also available. Our room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast with beautiful see view, and menu change slightly everyday. The only is that there is no shower curtain to prevent splash water. Overall it is very good. 」

「I like the atmosphere of the hotel and this is my second time using it. It was a standard room, and I was disappointed that there was no hot water in the shower several times during my 5-day stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful. However, the front desk is not 24 hours. When I left early in the morning at 5am, wI locked ourselves in without the necessary luggage, but when I went to the front desk there was no one there, so we had no choice but to go straight out. Also, there is no phone...

「島南部の静かなエリアです。 部屋は山に沿って建っているので自然豊かです。まだ増設中のようでした。 自然豊かゆえ仕方ないのですが、部屋がアリの通り道になっていて、行列ができてました。小さなアリでベッドには登ってこなかったのでスルーしましたが。部屋で食べ物開けるのはやめたほうがいいです。 1泊をあらかじめ予約、チェックイン時に2泊延泊して、計3泊しましたが、1度もベッドメイクは入りませんでした。また、お湯が出る部屋にアップグレードしてくれるという話でしたが、実際はお湯は出ず。暑かったので苦ではありませんでしたが、ちょっと期待しただけに残念。 受付の営業時間が短いので、もし閉まっていたら向かいにある系列のバーとダイビング受付の方に声をかけてみると受付のおじちゃんいたりします。」

「We had a brilliant 6 night stay here as an older couple new to Koh Tao. It was convenient to the ferry, rooms with a view of tge beach. Rooms were clean, spacious with fresh towels and water daily and free snacks available on the groubs floor. We had access and used paddle boards and double kayak to go round the bay. The outstanding reception staff made this so special. Nothing was too much trouble. They orovided us with local knowledge on where to snorkel, massages, restaurants and helped find...

「Great Stay – Clean and good location The room was spacious, very clean with daily housekeeping and had a comfortable mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent—just a few steps from the beach. We also really appreciated the transfer to the ferry station with our luggage. The only downside is that breakfast isn’t offered, but there’s a restaurant just across the street with a lovely sea view. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.」
