「We stayed 3 nights at Ban's, easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants and massage. Rental bike is also available. Our room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast with beautiful see view, and menu change slightly everyday. The only is that there is no shower curtain to prevent splash water. Overall it is very good. 」

「朝食にシャンパン(無料）がついていることを、部屋にあるホテル案内BOOKでしり、最終日の朝食にシャンパンを付けました。もっと前から知っていればよかったなあ、とは思いましたがホテル側としてはあまり知られてほしくないのでしょうか？朝食はとてもおいしい。スタッフはまあまあ。若いせいか笑顔がない。フロントのタイ人スタッフ(男性、女性とも）対応よし。スパの受付スタッフは教育不足。外国人スタッフは微妙。階段は大変だが、全体的にもう一度戻ってきたいと思える場所。」

「We were lucky to be one of the first guests at this hotel and it was the first bit of luxury we experienced in Thailand. It's a bit off the beaten track but completely walkable and we only took a taxi once to Sairee Beach, otherwise walked it (30 mins to Sairee Beach and 15 mins to the pier). The rooms are amazing and the pool is lovely. 「Great hotel tucked away behind the scenes located between the busy resort areas. Has everything you need right in the area and on the property. Friendly staff, scooter rentals and a small bar with a pool table for the rainy days. It’s in a less busy more relaxed area of Koh Tao located between the Pier and the South Island resort area. A short walk to restaurants, shopping and the resort area and beaches.」

「What a beautiful find. Everything is beautiful. The penthouse did not disappoint. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and the free drinks in the fridge were most welcome. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The area is lively but quiet enough to relax. Lots of good restaurants . The coconut Monkey is great for breakfast, coffee and snacks. Definitely would stay again. 」

「島南部の静かなエリアです。 部屋は山に沿って建っているので自然豊かです。まだ増設中のようでした。 自然豊かゆえ仕方ないのですが、部屋がアリの通り道になっていて、行列ができてました。小さなアリでベッドには登ってこなかったのでスルーしましたが。部屋で食べ物開けるのはやめたほうがいいです。 1泊をあらかじめ予約、チェックイン時に2泊延泊して、計3泊しましたが、1度もベッドメイクは入りませんでした。また、お湯が出る部屋にアップグレードしてくれるという話でしたが、実際はお湯は出ず。暑かったので苦ではありませんでしたが、ちょっと期待しただけに残念。 受付の営業時間が短いので、もし閉まっていたら向かいにある系列のバーとダイビング受付の方に声をかけてみると受付のおじちゃんいたりします。」

「とても良い笑顔でお迎えしてくれて、到着してすぐに安心感がありました。 滞在中は女性レセプションスタッフの方にとてもお世話になりました。 タクシーやレンタルバイクの手配等はもちろん、私が普段バイクに乗らないのでオドオドしてると、時間を作ってくれて練習を手伝ってもらいました。 おかげで無事故で帰れました。 スーパーも海も港も近いのですごくオススメです。 設備で困ったところはお湯が出ない事です。 しらべて」
