"We booked both rooms with Tower Bridge view but only got one with the view, when asked the staff said that Family Rooms has never had the bridge view so I dont know why they advertised it. The staff were really helpful though. But the cleanliness was below average, very old furnitures, no fridge in any of the rooms, NO Air conditioner and when asked we were provided with small table fans in each room. The Bathroom had no basic amenities at all, over all it was a disappointment. Other than the spot they are in, our experience was pretty much not as we desired. We had really high hopes."

"This is second time I have stayed at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Staff are excellent and do friendly. Food is great, especially the restaurant at night. We paid for executive room and the view was amazing. Only thing that I can say is, it was disappointing to not have access to the executive lounge and then to find out this lounge is only available between 9-5. And still needs to pay extra for. All and all I would still highly recommend and would definitely go back."

"Enough friendly and efficient staff to operate a slick check in without queues, similarly friendly and efficient staff in the breakfast restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds and quality linen, towels etc. Room and public areas clean and fresh. The only negatives were the lack of air conditioning / cooling though there was a heat wave, small rooms and narrow beds and the corners of tables in the breakfast restaurant were damaged and splintered, strange and not encountered before! On balance thoroughly well organised and operated with competent, professional and friendly staff."

"Liked the location but very difficult to find! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and bar were OK. The rooms were extremely small for the price , even by European standards. There was a significant radiator leak in our room so they asked us to move to another and we did with no help offered even though we had to repack and move up one floor. that was a major mistake as the largest heat wave to hit the area in decades arrived, needless to say, there was no air conditioning!"

"The hotel is very centrally located and in a great spot near a lot of shops, theatres, and restaurants. While the service leaves something to be desired, as you have to check in and get your own room keys on a self-service tablet that is not very customer-friendly, and they do not clean the rooms during your stay. If you want towels, you will have to ask the person in the lobby, and the trash does not get taken out. The room itself was fine, very minimal, but it was clean and had everything you might need. The issue is the toilet. The "room" with the toilet is encased in glass that is frosted. This does not leave any privacy from the rest of the room, and everything can be clearly heard from the toilet to the rest of the room. This hotel is great if you are looking for a fairly reasonably priced room that is centrally located and has the bare necessities and nothing else."
