「We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

"The room wasn't that big, but it was clean and comfortable for 3 days.
The view of the mountains from the room was also wonderful like Switzerland.
On the last day, they took care of the big luggage, and I enjoyed the Bengen hike with light luggage and heart. Thank you very much."
"The hotel has a great view, is on a hill, and is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I appreciate that coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the lobby lounge. However, it is a 10-15 minute walk uphill from Wengen station, so while it's not a problem for people with good legs, it was difficult for elderly people like us. It was great that they provided a free shuttle to the station to take suitcases and other items to and from the hotel. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again."
