Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn Glacier

DO NOT stay in this hotel during the summer. They have no AC and at the temps we had it was NO sleep. The fan they provided was useless. The staff at check in was dismissive and even told me it was on the expedia website about having no AC, but it is NOT on the website... it is just omitted. We had already paid and had no choice. There was another front desk agent that was so helpful and kind. She even gave me tips to go to a near pool. Breakfast was strictly vegetarian, again, something we were not expecting. I did love the location and it was clean. But due to the hot weather and lack of breakfast, this is not a place we will be staying again. Not worth what we paid.

Excellent breakfast, attentive staff, spacious room.
