"Its probably the best place I have stayed as of yet, from my exploration its not really missing anything, a few scars here and there yet they tell a story. some parts need restoration, bath tubs and fittings would be the ones actually 'needed' to prevent rotting through and damaging the foundation via inflation. Other wise its good as is. That is my opinion on the matter, I dont know if there is barrier between the tub and the building if so it can be left alone, if my version of a fix would be remove the rust in a circle, and with new sealant put in a lovely patterns "

Only downside was that no children still in nappies/diapers were allowed in the onsen, and the room didn’t have a bath, so it was hard to bathe our 1 year old. "
