Minn Kitahiroshima Station East is a true hidden gem. I’m so glad I discovered it. The facilities are amazing and fully equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel was wonderful. Unfortunately the snow park was closed early and I wasn’t able to participate in any activities. But I loved the onsen. I went to it every day. I wanted to use the gym, too but it seemed you had to pay, which confused me because I thought it would be free for guests. I had a wonderful experience none the less

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were huge. It was a very cozy room. Starbucks was a quick 5 minute walk for breakfast.

Our favorite hotel in Sapporo! Room: We booked the Classy King room for 2 people and it was spacious and clean! We were very happy with the amenities and features in the room. Lounge: Classy rooms include access to their lounge which has coffee/tea and desserts throughout the day. It's a good space to relax or catch on up some work. Close to the airport and shuttle service was available.

Spent one beautiful night at this property. The service was impeccable and the room absolutely beautiful. By far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in and that number is high. BRAVO!!

Ideal location if you using the JR trains.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available at the front desk or via phone. The room was very clean and sanitary with fresh sheets and towels. The in-room washer and dryer combo was very very useful! And the air purifier helped keep the space clean after nights out in restaurants or smokey rooms. Clean and excellent staff

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Could not figure out the AC - never seemed to blow cold even after deciding the instructions. Thankfully it's 0° in mid March, and they have a nice...

Great location!!! Shuttle bus to the airport just across from the hotel. Nijo market only 10 minutes walk.

Staffs were friendly even there was a language barrier but they tried their best to communicate with us. Room was decent but don’t expect plenty of space. Hotel was next to the main avenue leading to Sapporo station so it’s very vibrant at night, also close to shopping places and food plazas, many local restaurants that are tourists friendly. For laundry there was a coin laundry right behind the 7-11.

If you ever visit Chitose consider the Dormy Inn as your stay. The friendly staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Onsen was great to end a rainy day.

Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.
