"Great breakfast Close to Chitose airport bus stop but not close to JR Sapporo station but I was travelling by bus both in & out. Staff were really good Wifi good Lots of eating places close by I would've preferred a slightly softer bed but that’s my only complaint "

"Location is everything! In the heart of Sapporo between Odori and Susukino, easy access to food, shops and transportation. Room was clean and spacious. Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new. Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED. Free popsicle/ice cream post onsen. "

"Staff are always welcoming, especially professional and helpful during check in and store luggage temporarily. Staff even assisted to dry my luggage from the heavy rain on the day of check in"

"Overall cleaness was amaging! Everything was beautiful. Structual of twin bed was also good. place of the hotel is closer to the Sapporo TV Tower and Nijo-Ichiba! I want to recomend this hotel to my friends! The only negative thing ofthis hotel was there was no TV in the guest room."

"Excellent hospitality, fantastic breakfast on site (definitely get it). Rooms are very large, hotel has an incredible ground floor, very spacious with multiple lobbies with excellent furniture, music, etc. Only downsides are that there is no laundry on site (5 minute walk to a small coin laundry) and that the hotel is a bit dated, but kept in acceptable condition. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The Sapporo Prince was a wonderful base for exploring Sapporo. The free shuttle to and from the station was a bonus and gave an immediate sense of the quality of service and accommodation that was awaiting us. Our room was relatively spacious compared to others on our trip and gave us views across the city. Our stay included breakfast in the buffet restaurant and it was fantastic with a huge selection of options. On our last night we went to the cocktail lounge on the 28th floor and, though not a budget friendly experience, the ambiance, views and service made it worthwhile."
