Property is very outdated and not really in the good way. Feels like an old motel. But it is atleast much much cleaner than an old motel. It is a very convenient location. Very close to odori park and the shopping areas. There is also a bus that goes directly to new chitose airport a couple of blocks away.
I stayed at 6 different hotels my last stay but this one definitely felt the least premium. Lots of wear and tear noticeable all over the property. Also I was on the second floor which has the microwave on it. So there's alot of traffic on that floor and you can even hear the microwave humming and the alarm when it is done cooking. The view is not too bad from the second floor though.

Great central location, super clean and lovely staff!
Great location. Very close to the main shopping streets and subways. Also get some fancy keys for your room, no need to worry about your key card working at this hotel 👍 classic and classy.
The property was nice and the staff was great! We had breakfast included which I didn't notice or expect in the reservation.
The room itself, while clean, the air felt a bit musty like the room hadn't been aired out. They had a deodorizer bottle which immediately took care of that problem. Everything else was good. Separated from the immediate chaos of night life but close enough to get there walking.
Wasn't what we were expecting, but still a nice stay and did enjoy ourselves. Staff were all amazing! Just the room was a bit dull/budget-looking for the high-price we paid.

The location is great. Hotel is nice and clean but pretty old. Room is bigger than normal Japan standards.

We came here for the annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The location of the hotel is very close to the main site at Odori Park. The Nijo market is within walking distance. Location wise is great. The hotel is old (using an actual key to unlock the room, so you get the idea). The room is clean so it serves the purpose.
The hotel staff was accommodating and let us store our luggage in between of two legs of stays since we traveled to a different city for one night. The room was spacious for one person. The furnishing was a bit dated but the room was clean. Need to keep the AC on to keep warm. Close to the Odori station with convenience stores and great food nearby.
Beautiful location close to Tanukikoji in the Susukino area. Staff are professional and helpful; staff also understand/communicate in English.
To no fault of the staff, the rooms have an odd smell. This is most likely from the long history of the hotel. Usual wear-and-tear.
The rooms are one of the most spacious I've been in while visiting Japan.
Hotel is in the older side but still well-kept and clean. I had booked a standard double room so it was pretty spacious and the bathroom was large compared to other hotels. It had a full countertop!
Very convenient location as it was about 10 min walk to Odori station and Odori park; walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower; about 20 min walk to Sapporo station.
The only unusual thing was there were no key cards but an actual large key that you had to return to the front desk every day as you were leaving the hotel and pick up again when you came back.
Would stay again based on location and overall comfort of the room.
My 6 nights stay was super uncomfortable.
Pro: good location within 4-5 mins walk to train station. Room is clean upon check in.
Cons:
1. Toilet has a bad smell from the drain pipe, the smell penetrates to the bedroom even though the toilet door is closed.
2. The pillow was the killer. It was the flat soft type barely 5cm in height, we were literally sleeping “without pillow support”. Only two pillows provided for couple here.. I’d understand and put my name on waiting list if they run out of pillows but this hotel has a “no extra pillows policy”, I’ve never experienced this in Japan. Even a 3-star business Japanese hotel does offer extra pillows.
3. It was heavy snow in February. The hotel doesn’t clear the snow diligently like the neighbour hotel staff do periodically. The front porch was always slippery at anll times and you need to be extra careful when you step out the hotel front door.
Due to the snow festival, the room rate inflated tremendously during my stay. Absolutely not worth the bucks, most uncomfortable hotel in my 10 years of travel to Japan. Hotel wasn’t welcoming, doesn’t meet the bare minimum Japanese hotel service standard you would expect.
Room was clean but very claustrophobic, no place for 3 person and the luggages. Was hard to move in the room that is described as “sleeps 5”.
Location is great, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Easy to get around.
Do not book your family here unless you are willing to expose them to the “red light” district of Sapporo. Otherwise a decent hotel with reasonable accommodation.
