Front desk tall girl told us : “ Today no shuttle bus for airport, bcz car accident, she wanted to book taxi for us. I rejected her and used my own taxi, right after I stepped into my taxi, at the same time, airport shuttle bus arrived hotel, too, and I saw hotel customers hopping on airport shuttle bus (FREE) Now I google news ; NO airport shuttle bus car accident reported near VIE Airport today. Making a lie for earning few $$ taxi commissions, and thinking customer would never find out?
Also, hotel still has strong new paints / drywalls smells, running nose bothering me all day after this stay.
