"The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "
"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. "We booked this hotel just for one night sleep passing through the city. From the moment you walk into this hotel you feel like home. It’s cozy and home like. Comfy bed, spacious rooms and not to mention the view from our balcony. The front desk Hallala (sorry if I have misspelled the name) was so pleasant, respectful and she took care of our big family and checked us out with so much love and attention. I am so sad we didn’t have time to spend couple of nights in this hotel but for sure will be back. Also shout out to bartender/waiter at the restaurant. He was so kind. Thank you for such a nice experience. "
"Hotel is in an commercial area but has great access to the city, the rooms were very comfortable although we had to change rooms due to an air conditioning problem and they changed our room quickly. The roof top restaurant/Bar has great views and the food and service were great."
