「Quaint property with rooms in the main building and in an outer building across a patio with table seating where we had a quiet, well-equipped, modern room. The Inn is a short walk to a scenic marsh and pond with fish/eel traps and a bench for savoring the peaceful view. The town of Stockbridge, about a mile away, is wonderful for window shopping (and purchasing!) and is the start of a beautiful picturesque 'marsh walk' through grazing cows and lovely pastures.

「I have stayed a few times over the years and i think its a great value pub with rooms i stayed 3 nights and my room was good as always, the team were all good and i would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.」

「Some good, some bad... We arrived late in the evening and had a nice welcome. There were some petit fours in our room and it looked very attractive, if very cold. The bed and bed linen was good and the (small) bathroom attractively fitted out. But beneath the surface there are obvious problems. The foyer had a bad damp smell.

「The property is a quaint location away from the city center and relatively close to the airport. It was as I expected for the most part. I was just surprised at the lack of air conditioning. However a fan was supplied in each room along with access to fresh air.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the little extras including ironing board and hairdryer as well as fresh milk for the tea/coffee provided. Also the all necessary toiletries. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.」
