  • Attention Mountain Bikers: <1 mile on gravel to get into the Sherburne Trails network of mountain bike trails, and 12 minute drive to Killington.
    With six bedrooms featuring a mix of queen, full, twin, and king beds, guests will find plenty of space to relax. 3 bathrooms with showers add convenience for everyone in your group. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and natural AC. Trust us, mornings will be chilly no matter the weather where you are. No real heat waves in this cool green oasis. Within a 12 minute drive of Killington mountain, it's the perfect place for bikers and hikers. 2 miles to Kent Pond or Colton Pond for fishing. 0.8 miles to a large pool and recreation center with tennis, pickle ball and more, and you could be the only people there (besides the lifeguards!) Long walks on the flat dirt road. A beautiful waterfall just 0.5 mile walk also. Mountain views, very private. It's the perfect summer getaway!
