「We use the grand hotel every year and have done for 17 years now. The last couple years it's got more strict and not really family friendly. Room had a window but not allowed to have it open and the temperature was extremely hot. We ordered food (takeaway) and got told we had to eat this in our room. I tried to explain how hot the room was and no where to eat this except sitting on the bed. They didn't seem to care.
