「Max and Ursula were excellent hosts who made me feel really welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was really comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The Sunflower Lodge was in a great location and within walking distance of the centre and less than a 10 minute walk to North Pier! I would definitely stay here again!」
「I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...
