"Large shared kitchen with excellent facilities. Single bedroom had plenty of space and in the back of the property so quiet. Doors are noisy when they close. Could have done with a bedside table and hook on the back of bathroom door for towels. So tiny things would make it perfect but this was a great place to stay."

"We arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon in our 1936 Riley. All the parking spaces were occupied. The landlord moved his own car further away so we could park our car so it could be seen from our room. The breakfasts were good. An altogether comfortable stay."

"The landlord was extremely helpful. Allowed us to enter out room early. Was very helpful, had a problem with our tv came and changed it straight away. Nothing seem to a trouble i didnt want an egg, took it off no problem. The breakfast was a full english, and was excellent. There was absolutely no grease on plate and tasted yummy. Had a big pot of tea with breakfast, which is good as myself and friend drink a lot of tea lol. I havent slept in a single bed since i left home quite a few years ago....

"Lovely property, very clean, comfortable with little extra touches that made for a great bank holiday weekend. On site we used the pool and our boys loved it. The beach is just a short stroll away and a pleasant walk to Filey along the beach for fish & chips. Would definitely recommend and return."
