Maui Kamaole #J-106 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor. It has split system air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV. There is a California King bed in the main bedroom, with split system air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, split air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is den-like with shutter pocket doors. In the living room is split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. For outdoor activities, Maui Kamaole #J-106 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

Kamaole Beach #3 is just across from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, and two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for their pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops, and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Perfect condo in paradise

Wonderfully appointed clean condo in Kihei with access to beaches and nicely designed pool. I’ve stayed in Maui several times and I’d say this is the best condo I’ve rented.

Great condo

We had a great time at your beautiful condo. The booking was very easy and everything was exactly as we expected. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The lanai was large and tiled which was great. The location is one of the best as it is steps to both pools. We liked it so much we have already booked for next January.

Coming from a cool climate, its nice to relax on Maui. What better to complement the island with this great condo! Everything was stocked properly and when we needed help, the management team was able to assist us and go above and beyond. A beautiful condo, a beautiful view--you can't go wrong with that!

Great place to stay

We loved this place. Everything was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable. Love the first floor patio and grass area. Great location close to both pools but not next to them. A bit of a walk to the beach but worth it to be in this complex which is probably the nicest in the area. All communication with owners/management was easy and efficient. Can't wait to visit again!

AMAZING PLACE

Our stay here was perfect. The town was right there, great beaches for swimming or snorkeling, and anything you could ever ask for was provided. I can't even think of something to complain about it I wanted to. I was in contact with Christine when booking and again prior to arriving and everything was in place for us. There were lots of beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Me and my family had a great time.

Great Location

The Condo and owner were tremendous. Excellent location for evening sunset walks. Pools and spas were very convenient and clean. Had all the necessary needs for both the condo and beach play! Only drawback we had was Vacasa management company did not supply enough washing machine/dishwasher tabs or trash bags for our length of stay and would not replenish. May want to bring your own. Great stay!

Great location and exceptionally clean. Well equipped with beach gear and amenities. AC worked great. Feral cats Roamed the property. Not an issue for us but just an FYI for anyone with allergies. Mahalo for having us.

Gorgeous condo

Was one of the nicest condos I've stayed in on the islands. It was very clean and everything you could ever need was avaliable. We really appreciated having all the extras too (beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, pool noodles...)! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were beatiful. I was with a very large wedding group and this condo was the nicest hands down. We even had a little ocean view, just had to move our chairs on the lawn a little. The pools and grounds were so nice and the condo was very close to all the nicest beaches.We will definitely return!!

Nice location and complex

Nice little condo, second bedroom is very small with no window, closet or dresser - good for kids. Parking is great. Complex and pool are very nice. AC is ok but set high. Warm overnight/sleeping. Great patio area. Maui Kamaole complex is well maintained and close to the boat launch. Top floor residents are noisy walkers. Unit came equipped with chairs, beach toys and starter supplies, which was great.

Beautiful ground floor condo

This is our fourth stay at Maui Kamaole but our first in a ground floor unit. We chose this unit for the easy access to the lawn for a toddler. Condo was very much as expected; second bedroom was small but worked for us. I would have given 5 stars except the upper hot tub was poorly maintained by the property and the rental company entered our condo unannounced.

So often when you see picture of a property the picture looks better than the actual place. That is not the case here; the condo is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We began each day with a -10 minute walk to the ocean for an early morning swim. The condo provides all household as well as beach amenities. We highly recommend this beautiful rental and plan to return. Mahalo

Great Place to Stay- Highly Recommended

Well, what can we say. The condo was just what the doctor ordered. From the moment we booked, Christine was there to answer any questions and concerns. The check in was fast and simple and the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived was top notch. The unit had everything we needed from household items to beach accessories. We packed things that we did not need to as the unit had them. We have been to Maui many many times and I would highly recommend this unit. Thanks for making our stay feel like home.

This place was awesome, super clean and as nice as the pictures show. Close to both pools but far enough not to get the noise. Stocked with everything you need. The second bedroom is pretty small, only big enough to fit a bed with about a foot on each side. I think it was originally a den or something cause there is no closet and nowhere to unpack clothes like the master bedroom. It worked fine for us because we were only in there to sleep but more people could have an issue. The only thing that would have made this place much better would be an ocean view. You can see the water in a distance between the trees but the walk down to the beach isn’t ideal. You have to walk down pretty decent sloping walkway which could be an issue for some and it’s not super close. Otherwise we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great location, very peaceful, well equipped, perfect size!

We had a great time, everything worked perfectly. We especially liked the condition of the non stick cookware and cleanliness of the outdoor grilling area also. The pool is steps away with a hot tub and shaded areas. The big lawn in back outside the sliding living room doors supplied us with bird visitors and song and geckos that jump around. The beds were very comfortable and lots of storage. Coolers, beach towels, boogie boards, it's all there! 3 supermarkets very close by. We loved Paia Fish company for the fresh Mahi and Ono. I would stay here again and again and out of the many VRBO and other rentals we have used this has been the best. Thank you! Only thing that could be better is the strength of the wifi router which does not give a good signal in the forward master bedroom but overall it worked great. We brought our own Apple TV with us and it worked great in the living room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to find a safe, clean, modern, spacious place in the heart of Kihei and minutes to beautiful Kam 3 beach where there is a big lawn for the nightly sunset show.

Home away from home

A great place for a family vacation. The property is as advertised, beautifully landscaped, great location, clean and well stocked. Property management company is prompt and responsive. The only negative point is the second bedroom is actually a den, quite small with no windows. Nevertheless, we had a great time.

Fantastic unit to stay in!!

We had an amazing stay here. The place had everything we needed, and was really clean and well maintained. The patio area is fantastic for sitting outside! Stayed here with my wife and our 3 yr old daughter, who loved the pools in the complex also!

Winter Holiday 2023

Great stay. Place was fantastic and location is great. Only a couple things we would change if we could. Air conditioner being on a timing is a pain. Not a lot of natural light, but great walkout patio. If our kids were younger and carrying lots to the beach, it is a bit of a hike with the hill. Overall small things when staying in paradise.

Truly a home away from home!

We loved everything - hosts were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, quiet, cozy and very well equipped. A few minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the world. I'd love to come back one day.
