「The cleanliness was really good. The beds were fairly comfortable. There was no hot water, and the breakfast was disappointing. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.」

「You get what you pay for here. Or less. The staff put the clean towels and sheets on the dirty unvacuumed carpet outside your room! Broken drawer handles, moldy shower grout. Our room had an AC unit so loud and rattling that we requested another room and that was no problem as long as we hadn’t used the room in any way. Next time pay I will definitely pay a little more to go elsewhere.」

「Customer service was poor They don’t clean room until check out even if u put the sign that they provide saying put it there if u need ur room cleaned and then didn’t!!」

「Mostly fine room except the shower didn’t work. Ran hot and cold water and was dripping out less than a water fountain at school. Not good as I had 5 min to take a shower. The staff had allowed me a late check out but didn’t tell anyone so some guy was all angry at me as I was complaining of the shower. He was very rude and just nasty. Interacted with him twice. Would not stay here again. He was like yelling at me.」
