Small, well maintained property. Affordable but limited amenities, no breakfast on site but available in the area, clean motel type rooms. Would recommend running the fan overnight, building sits along a significant highway and truckers were using engine breaks to slow which could be controlled with a background of fan noise. Overall a good value and a good spot between southern and central Maine.

EXCELLENCE

From a very cordial late check-in to the beautifully appointed room, this property is exceptionally well run. The room was beautifully decorated and had anything one might need while traveling. The owner was hospitable and very engaging. The property and our room was cleaner than most hotels I have stayed in around this country. Beds had very new linens. If you need lodging in the general Skowhegan, Maine vicinity, you will not regret booking at this property. My family will be back!

Very nice place to stay

The couple who own this motel were very friendly and accommodating. When I called to let them know we would be late arriving they kept the lights on for us. After knowing we would arrive late they made sure we picked up something for dinner before coming into the area because every thing closed up by 8p.

Great staff and rooms!!

The checkin was easy done and we were in our room less than 10 min . The staff was very friendly and helpfull when asked about restaurants in the area. The room was very clean and had a small refrigerator with freezer, microwave and a kpod coffee machine. They also provided free coffee kpods with cream and sugar packets in the room. The power did go out for about 2 hours last night but we were already in bed as it was 2am and stormy out. Also a very nice largecswimming pool! I would definitely recommended !

Maine Stay

We was in town for a funeral of a family member. The hotel itself was a old one that has been updated/renovated. Our room was very clean, so was the bathroom very roomy in bathroom especially the shower. The water pressure was almost non existing. Took a while for the hot water to "kick in".The beds was comfy. But all in all it was a very good stay. Will be back!
