「I enjoy talking with front desk. Very personable. Breakfast choices are good. Coffee was delicious. Bed was comfortable. Thank you for being pet friendly. Didnt like that expedia.com sold me a pet friendly hotel room at the Holiday Inn but when I arrived there was a 30 dollar pet fee. FYI, the following night I stayed at the Quality Inn, they do not charge their customers an added fee. 」

「Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and hassle free. However the premises leave more to be desired. It appears that some rooms are long term low income tenants, junk cars in the back area of parking lot, someone was actually doing repairs on their car in the yard. Disappointed that building and room looked nothing like pictures. 」

「Really nice hotel! I was a little confused when I first drove onto the University of Maine campus, the outside looks like dorm but the inside is Not a dorm. The staff was really helpful and nice. There is a washer and dryer for guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the work area, well thought out. Only thing that could be updated is the bath towels could be bigger… I’m not a big person but these barely wrapped around me. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.」
