「Our room was clean and quiet 」

「We had an extremely comfortable room. The bed was wonderful, the room was spacious. Yes, it is an older space and a little outdated, but I would gladly stay there again. 」

「Stayed 2 nights here. Staff was really nice and the rooms were roomy. Stayed here to visit bar harbor and the drive was nice. Location was great and not as conjested as bar harbor. 」

「Great breakfast with a great variety of food. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Liked kitchenette with plates, etc. (no stove -- only microwave to cook with) very happy with stay!!」

「The parking is a bit difficult as the hotel was sold out and it does not appear to have equal spots to rooms. That beings said, the lot is great, the location is perfect, the hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. We used to stay at the Black Bear Inn- now we will not stay anywhere but Hotel ursa. This place is a gem. If you book for Homecoming, you best book early; it sold out fast. 」
