「First I wanna say the owner is sweet and I think she means well but I feel like its too much for her to maintain and be responsible for. My friend and I booked this room for a night on our way to Bar Harbor. I noticed immediately that the harbor IS across the street but theres a building there not a little beach or anything that you can go down onto. 「The receptionist, Satin-Marie, and the maintenance man, Erin. were excellent, friendly and there to help with whatever you need. The small heater in the room would not turn on and Erin quickly determined what needed to be done. The motel is old, but clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. A good night. Will stay there again. As for as amenities, I don't want anything but a clean room and comfortable bed, and that is what I got.」
