「シャワーのお湯が出ないのと、バブルバスのバブルが出ないという2つの件で、フロントにお願いしたところ、すぐにスタッフの方が来てくれて、出るようにしてくださいました。感謝！ シャワーは私どもの手違いで出なかっただけでしたが、バブルは別部屋にある大元のスイッチが入っていなかった為でした。」

「This was a great location for us (we were in Kelowna for treatment at the Kelowna General Hospital - and it was approx. 20-25 min walk, which was lovely). The room was large, bed was comfy, the breakfast suited us, and the staff was wonderful :) THANK YOU!」

「ホテル1階のレストランでの朝食付きだったので、ビュッフェ形式かと思ってたところ、メニューから好きな食事1品、コーヒー、ジュースと個人個人好きなものを選べるシステムが大変良かった。 またフロントの対応も良く、UPグレイドされてたことを後になってきずいた。 ケローナに行ったら、また泊まりたいホテルですが、 ホテルの価格からすると、空港とホテル間の無料シャトルバスがあってもいいかなと思いました。 」
