"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. "Absolutely the worst accommodation experience we’ve ever had. This is not really a hotel, but a chaotic set of 33–35 floor mixed-use towers. Even though we had already paid for our room through Hotels.com, they still charged us additional service fees, merchant fees, and parking fees upon arrival. We were made to wait until 3 PM, and then some random guy took us through a ridiculous “puzzle” process just to get to our room — entering through different doors, using mailbox codes, collecting cards...

"There was no communication between the owner and I when we arrived. I struggled for hours to get hold of him just to find out he double booked. If I didn’t get hold of him we would have been stranded. He at least got us another place to stay in the city. Nice guy but I would not recommend doing any business with this people.
