"Clean, good facilities, nice atmosphere. "

"Room very clean and beds very comfy. Bathroom was a bit small and wish the water had been hotter for the shower. Room not dated in style but the carpet was a bit worn and maybe just a bit tired but overall good, well worth a stay and good value for money. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, from checkin to dining to bar. Pool a great addition to any stay with kids but the women's locker room needed some TLC. Food was really good for both Room service and breakfast. Recommend!"

"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in the living area was stained and one section had collapsed, making it uncomfortable and not fit for proper use. Bedding was heavily pilled, the pillows were thin with synthetic covers, and only one pillow per bed was supplied. The overall standard felt low quality relative to the price paid. These issues were raised during the stay to allow the host an opportunity to address them, but no resolution was offered. With proper cleaning, maintenance and basic quality control, this property could be improved. In its current condition, however, it does not reflect the standard or value suggested by the listing."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were very polite and made us feel very welcome. Communication was fantastic and the check in and out was very smooth. The room facilities were nice - plenty of tea and coffee and even a mini fridge with a chilled bottle of water. "

"Great accommodation. Can't fault it. I had one of the rooms with separate own bathroom. My room was on 3rd floor, bathroom on second floor, and I had a key for it. I had a towel and clean bed sheets, everything smelled fresh and was clean. The floors were clean as well, and room was warm from the radiator. I always found parking in front of the accommodation, so never had to use the nearby parking, but it's quite cheap if you have to. The check in went super smoothly, I was showed around by a polite person and given the keys. Checkout was "contactless" (dropped off keys in a postbox). There's also a fully equipped shared kitchen with 2 frige freezers and a washing machine + cooking amenities and utensils. Impressive. Highly recommend 10/10."

"Dusty and dated hotel. Staff were nice and was reasonably priced. Thin walls and noisey neighbours in the room next door. I wouldnt hurry back. "

"The house hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was thick dust on every surface in the bedrooms, the carpets hadn’t been hoovered, we were missing a duvet on one of the beds and we didn’t have enough towels. There was an ashtray in the garden full of cigarettes ends from the previous occupants. There’s no mirrors in the bedrooms and the bathroom mirrors have no plug sockets making it awkward for anyone using hairdryers. I would not recommend this property to anyone."
