"All restaurants were fabulous with very fresh food! Ahi tuna being one of many! The ladies at First Flight for morning coffee and amazing breakfast were always cheerful and friendly. Loved the oatmeal and papaya parfaits! Pool are is beautiful. Great location near LavaLava restaurant (walking distance) and cruiser bikes to take out. They are located on the amazing bike trail, just wish I could’ve rented a Norman hybrid bike somewhere!! Room was large except for small lanai. Maid service was not so great, didn’t switch out used glasses etc and knocked on our door several times for service when we were inside, overly insistent."

"I have stayed at that complex many times over the last 20 years and this had to have been the nicest unit, and of course, the most well positioned there. Lovely balcony with the sound of the waves and the shimmer of the sun in the evening The few concerns we had were taken care of immediately"

"Our host was very accommodating. We booked into Pono Kai through RCI expecting a 1 bed condo. We ended up in a hotel style room with a mini kitchen. Candace was able to accommodate us within a day of arrival to move to their full sized unit making our time there more enjoyable."

"Everything was as advertised- clean, quiet, beautiful apartment. Much better than hotel options! We had a lovely breakfast each morning if on the patio looking out at the ocean. My kids loved the facilities (pool, ping pong table, etc). Hosts were immediately responsive to all of my questions. Very happy with our stay!"
